WUPPDR

WUPPDR’s works with local film makers to create a documentary overviewing the project. This aims to give the public a better understanding of C-CHARM by highlighting the role it has to play for improving hazard mitigation planning in our communities. Second, they are working with Keweenaw Bay Indian Community – Natural Resources Department to install a weather station in L’Anse that will collect a diversity of weather data, including rain and snowfall, solar radiation, wind speed, and soil temperature to use for both community and long term scientific modeling.
